Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Passion Networks community, which includes our Discord servers, FiveM roleplay server, website, shop, and any related services (collectively the “Service”). By using the Service or purchasing from our shop, you agree to these Terms.
Passion Networks is operated from Australia. These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 years old to make purchases. By using the Service you confirm you meet these age requirements.
2. Account & access
Access requires a Discord account. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion if you breach these Terms or community rules.
You may not share, sell, or transfer your account or in-game character to another person.
3. Conduct & rules
You agree to follow our published community rules. We may issue warnings, restrict access, or permanently ban accounts that violate them.
You may not use the Service to harass others, distribute malware, exploit bugs, run modified game clients, or engage in any illegal activity.
4. The Shop & virtual goods
Our shop offers two product types:
- One-time purchases. You receive a redemption code that grants in-game items or Discord roles. Codes are single-use and tied to your account.
- Subscriptions. Recurring monthly payments. Discord roles and perks remain active while subscribed. Cancel anytime — benefits continue until the end of the paid period.
Virtual goods have no monetary value. They cannot be redeemed for cash, traded outside the Service, or exchanged between accounts. Server wipes, character resets, and major game-mechanic changes may affect virtual items; we will use reasonable efforts to compensate fairly but make no guarantee that specific items persist indefinitely.
Payments. All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. Charges appear on your statement under our merchant name.
5. Refunds & cancellations
Subscriptions: You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep your perks until then. No partial-period refunds.
One-time purchases: Refundable within 24 hours of purchase only if the redemption code has not been used. Once redeemed, no refund is possible (the items have been delivered).
Exceptions: Australian Consumer Law guarantees still apply. If a product is not delivered through our fault (e.g. server-side error preventing redemption), contact us and we will refund or re-deliver.
How to request a refund: Open a ticket on Discord with your order number. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
6. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all virtual goods. Always contact us first — we'd rather resolve it directly.
7. Service availability
We provide the Service on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Downtime may occur for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for losses arising from unavailability.
8. User-submitted content
You retain ownership of content you submit (applications, comp claim descriptions, ticket messages, etc.). By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to store and use it for operating the Service.
We may retain copies of moderated content (transcripts, evidence) for safety and policy enforcement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Passion Networks is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via Discord and on this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
